Free Shipping

Now, you get Free Ground Shipping on thousands of items on orders over $99 or more that are being sent to a single contiguous U.S. address.

Even though we'd love to ship everything free, there are some exclusions for heavy and oversized gear. Still, all gear can be delivered right to your door hassle-free.

Free Shipping Guidelines

  • To get Free Shipping: Choose "Free Ground Delivery" as the delivery method at Checkout.
  • Orders starting $99 can qualify for free ground shipping.
  • Valid only on shipments within the contiguous United States. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses do not qualify.
  • Free shipping to APO/FPO addresses limited to 70 lb. per box and is subject to the same restrictions as domestic deliveries.
  • Lighter weight items may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and may not contain a tracking number.
  • Very large and oversize packages such as PA speakers, subwoofers and some cases which are required to ship via freight may require additional shipping charges; see product description page or shopping cart for details.
  • Items purchased with a purchase order (PO) do not qualify for Free Shipping.
  • Verified credit card orders* shipped via Free Ground Delivery typically arrive in just 3-5 business days. No standard delivery on weekends. Expedited/air shipping requires additional fees (as outlined below).
  • Split-shipment orders will still ship free providing they would each qualify for free shipping as orders on their own.
  • Free Shipping may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
  • Offer subject to change or termination without notice.
  • Not responsible for typographical errors.

(NOTE: If an item is returned that initially shipped for free, the shipping cost will be excluded from the total refund or credit and the customer will receive the difference back.)

Fast Order Processing

In-stock items on verified orders* ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3 p.m. Pacific Time will ship no later than the following business day. Orders may ship from multiple warehouses to ensure fast delivery. Our team of service professionals work hard to ensure that your order is accurate and on time. However, as a security precaution, some orders may require extended verification.

Need It Quicker?

If your order does not qualify for free shipping, or if you require an expedited special shipping option, you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates.

  • Expedited shipping rates are determined by weight and zone. To see shipping estimates, add product(s) to shopping cart, enter your zip code, then select the shipping method you prefer from the available options.
  • Large packages may require additional shipping charges. See product description page or shopping cart for details.
  • All delivery times are measured in operational business days, and exclude observed holidays as defined by shipping carriers.

Shipping Policies

  • To make sure you get your gear as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.
  • If in-stock items on the order have already shipped, back order items will be sent via standard ground delivery.
  • Lighter weight items may be shipped via U.S. Postal Service and may not contain a tracking number.
  • Orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico may only be shipped via air services.
  • Orders shipping to U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses, PO Boxes, and U.S. territories (Guam, Virgin Islands, etc.) are shipped by U.S. Postal Service (6-10 business days). International APO/FPO destinations may require additional delivery time. NOTE: Boxes over 70 lb. each cannot be shipped to these locations.

*All orders are subject to a 24-hour delay while we verify your billing information with your credit card issuer. This is to protect our customers from credit card fraud and identity theft. To help expedite this process, please ensure that the billing address and phone number you have given us matches what is on file with your credit card company. International orders, institutional orders and orders placed using purchase orders may require additional processing time.
