International Orders

We currently only ship within the United States, to U.S. military addresses abroad, to U.S. territories and to Canada. If you need to receive a shipment elsewhere, we suggest you contact a freight forwarder in the U.S. and have us ship to that location who can then forward your shipment on to you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

International Shipping Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to avoid additional charges or delayed delivery of your order.

Prices and Payments

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars. All payments must be received in U.S. Dollars. We accept PayPal, U.S. money orders, wire transfers and pre-printed checks. We do not accept international credit cards.

Manufacturer Restrictions

Due to warranty and manufacturer restrictions, we are not able to ship all products to all geographical locations. Please feel free to contact us with any requests or questions.

Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that:

  • any manufacturer warranty may not be valid;
  • manufacturer service options may not be available;
  • product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages;
  • the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements;
  • the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate); and
  • all DVDs are encoded for USA and Canadian use.

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as detailed product descriptions, to customs and/or our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the products directly on the package.

International Shipping, Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by size, weight and destination. PlanetDJ.com's prices do not include customs fees, taxes and tariffs for shipments outside the United States. The recipient of an international shipment is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. This includes, but is not limited to, import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer, are solely responsible for any additional customs clearance fees; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

If applicable, you authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent to clear the merchandise with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country; in the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you make the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order.

International Returns or Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because of an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for all the shipping costs relating to the shipment. If the package is stopped by customs because items ordered are not allowed in the country and the package is abandoned, there will be no credit to the customer for the order.

Your Country's Custom and Import Policies

It is important for you to become familiar with the Customs policies for your specific country before ordering. Customs regulations vary greatly by country and lack of knowledge regarding the customs rules governing the country you're importing to can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or the order being returned to us. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products. Additionally, when ordering from PlanetDJ.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you reside and are receiving the goods. Any fees charged to PlanetDJ.com due to non-compliance with your country's laws and regulations will be charged to you, the importer. PlanetDJ.com will not mark your parcel as a "gift", declare a value lower than the actual price paid, or otherwise prepare false customs information.
