Most certainly! While we do offer line item rentals that you can pick up & drop off, most of our clients prefer to have us travel to the venue, set everything up, and then break it all down afterwards. Delivery & Return: $75/hr; Setup & Strike: $150/hr.

Rental Reservations:
If you have an upcoming function that you would like to rent equipment for, we recommend that you reserve it ahead of time. This will allow us to hold it exclusively for you and also allows us to prepare your rental in advance so that we can have it all ready for you and have you on your way as quickly as possible.
Security deposit required. If not adding on the Delivery, Setup & Strike option, then a security deposit is required and determined by the actual value of the equipment being rented. Example: If a rental speaker has a value of $500, you are required to leave a $500 security deposit by either cash or credit card. If you are leaving the security deposit by credit card, the actual cardholder must be present and have a valid identification at the time of rental. Please don't make the mistake of coming in without the cardholder, as we simply cannot honor these requests. Rentals must be paid at time of rental.
As much as we love Burning Man, we love our equipment even more. Unfortunately, we do not offer rentals for use at Burning Man. Any rental items that show any signs of playa dust are non-returnable and will instead be converted into a sale. Playa dust is a very fine particulate that finds its way into every single nook & cranny, every connection, every input, output, etc. and therefore voids most every manufacturer's warranty. They deem it to be abuse or neglect.
